A bagel, also called beigel, is kind of bread from Poland. It is shaped like a ring, which is made of yeasted wheat dough, roughly hand-sized. Generally, it is first boiled for a short time in water, then baked in Rotary Oven, Deck Oven or Convection Oven. The baked bagel is dense, chewy and with a crisp exterior. Bagels are often topped with poppy, sunflower or sesame seeds to bake. Some may prefer to have salt on their surface. There are many different types of bagels such as whole-grain bagel and rye bagel.
